The Problem With Getting Advice From Someone Who Doesn't Know Your Business

Most masterminds are built the same way.
You pay to be in the room. The leader asks who has a hot seat. Someone raises their hand. The leader responds based on the thirty seconds of context that person just gave, the room adds thoughts from their own experience, and you take notes and try to apply someone else's lesson to your situation. Maybe it fits. Usually it's partial. You leave with highlights and a vague sense that you need to do something differently, but not a clear picture of what.
I have been in those rooms. I have paid for those rooms. And when I started building The Mom Founders Table Mastermind, the one thing I kept coming back to was the problem nobody was solving: guidance from ignorance.
People giving advice without knowing your business. Asking you to tell them about your offer, your team, your revenue model in real time, during a group call, in the minutes you have before someone else needs the room. That is not advisory. That is reactive. And it keeps the people who need the most targeted help getting the most generic version of it.
This room was built to fix that.
Who This Is For, Named Precisely
This is not a room for founders in their first year.
It is a room for women who have clients, have at least some team in place, and have a business that is running, and who have arrived at the specific realization that the way they have built it cannot take them where they want to go next. She has crossed $500K or is close to it. The exhaustion is there. The guilt around parenting is there. The sense that she is the ceiling of her own business is there, and she knows it, and she has not been able to figure out how to change it without taking her foot off the gas.
The women who get the most from this room are not stuck because they don't know enough. They are stuck because they are too close to what they've built, too busy inside it to see it clearly, and they have not had someone beside them with full context on their specific situation who can name what's happening and give them the sequence to fix it.
Here is what that looks like in practice, from clients who have been through this work. One client went from her first million dollars to her second in eighteen months, while having two babies and taking both full maternity leaves. One matched her previous profit while cutting her working hours roughly in half. One added $100,000 to her income without adding hours. These are not the dramatic ones. These are the ones that happen when someone stops being the bottleneck in their own business and starts putting their energy exactly where it moves the needle.
What Makes This Different Before You Even Start
Every member of The Mom Founders Table starts with a full business assessment before the mastermind begins.
Not a quick intake form. A detailed questionnaire that covers your team, your offers, your pricing, your processes, your marketing, your revenue model, where things are working, and where they're quietly falling apart. My COO, Brooke, and I go through it before you show up to a single call. So when you come to me with a problem, I'm not starting from scratch. I already know the shape of your business. I know what you told me is working and what you said keeps you up at night. I can ask you the hard questions instead of the orientation questions.
From that assessment, before the mastermind even starts in September, you receive an analysis. We go through what you submitted and give you a written picture of where you're leaving money on the table, what your blind spots are, what you need to let go of, and where your priorities should land. You get direction before you've attended a single call.
That is the private layer that changes the whole experience. Everything after it, the advisory calls, the quarterly reviews, the Telegram access, all of it is built on a foundation of me knowing your business. Which means you stop getting golden nuggets and piecing them together. You get direct guidance for where you are.
What the Twelve Months Actually Look Like
Two advisory calls a month. These are the core of the room. You can submit questions and topics ahead of time, which I recommend, not because you have to but because it levels the playing field. People who are quieter in groups don't get less access. People who are louder don't dominate. Everyone can make sure their business gets touched before we close the call. The guidance is personalized on those calls because I already know your business, so when your situation comes up, I'm not asking you to orient me.
Between calls, you have Telegram access to me and Brooke. A group thread where you can drop a team situation at eleven in the morning and get a response from me within the day, where you can ask the room if anyone has done something you're considering, where you can share a win and have people who understand what that win cost you actually celebrate it with you. I respond Monday through Thursday, nine to three. If I'm out, I tell you ahead of time. That rhythm matters because available-but-unpredictable is not the same as dependable.
Every quarter you fill out a short progress review. Brooke and I look at where you are versus where you were and give you updated priorities. The mastermind is twelve months, but the guidance is not static. What you need in month one and what you need in month nine are different. The quarterly layer makes sure the direction keeps pace with where you've gotten.
And there is a Kelsea GPT. I know people have complicated feelings about AI and I understand that. This was built with my classes, my frameworks, my methodologies, my book, the way I think and respond. My private clients use it between sessions when they need an answer and can't wait for a Telegram response. It is not a replacement for direct advisory. It is a way to get unstuck at midnight when you're staring at a decision and need to work through it before morning.
The In-Person Piece
One, the retreat. I have been running retreats for years and I will keep saying this until it stops being true: there is no virtual substitute for being pulled out of your daily life and put in a room with people who are carrying the same things you are. You need the hug. You need to laugh until it hurts. You need someone to look you in the eye and tell you that what you're building is real and worth it, from a person who is actually looking at you. We include one retreat in the year.
Two, a City Girls ticket. City Girls is a dinner and half-day workshop series I run in cities across the country, intentionally intimate, twenty women at the table, one night for connection and one morning to workshop your business. One event this year is in Atlanta in October. The other is in December in Dallas-Fort Worth, and I want to name this specifically because it matters: we just closed on our house in Texas. We are moving in August. December City Girls is at my place. Every member of the mastermind gets a seat at one of those, and if you have followed me long enough to know what that means, you know what that means.
Quarterly expert calls, and here is how these work differently: I ask the room who they want to hear from. I do not bring in whoever my network produces. The women in the room get a say in what expertise comes to them.
Your Two Options
Standard is $2,500 a month. That is the room, the assessment, the analysis, the advisory calls, the co-working sessions with Brooke, the quarterly reviews, the Telegram access, the GPT, the retreat, and your City Girls seat. Everything described above. The full private advisory experience inside a group of thirty.
VIP is $3,500 a month. All of that, plus one-to-one time with me every quarter and Brooke going directly into your operations: your CRM, your project management, your systems, identifying what's creating friction, what to cut, and what needs to be rebuilt. For the woman who wants the group and the room, and also wants eyes on her infrastructure specifically.
The September cohort opens with a welcome party call where everyone meets before the advisory calls begin. Thirty seats total across both tracks. Applications need to be in ahead of that so there's time to complete the business assessment and receive your analysis before we start.
How to Join
If you have questions, message me on Instagram before you do anything else. Tell me where you are and where you want to go. I will ask you some questions, you will ask me some, and we will figure out together whether this is the right fit. If we go through that conversation and you decide to join, you skip the application entirely.
If you're ready, go directly to the application page, fill it out, and we will be in touch.
Either way: the question of whether this is right for you is answerable. Don't let not knowing the answer be the reason you don't ask.
