1–2pm EST — RESTRUCTURED The live workshop where we cover the People, Pricing, and Processes framework. You'll leave this hour knowing exactly what a highly profitable, owner-independent business requires, and where your specific gaps are.
2–3pm EST — The Renovation Room This is where we get into your business specifically. Come prepared with your biggest question, your most pressing gap, or the thing you most want my eyes on. The more honest and specific you are, the more valuable this hour is going to be for you.
