Where can you create space? What can you let go of or pass on to others? Addressing these issues week-by-week allows you to find sustainable solutions and keep refining how you are spending your time.

 

This shifts your approach from reactive to proactive and helps you manage responsibilities in a way that feels more aligned with your capacity. 

 

It gives you the chance to make conscious choices about your workload, helping you avoid burnout and keep your energy for what matters most—both in your professional and personal life.
