Getting Back Your Time For Yourself As A Business Leader

Kelsea Koenreich

I wanted to burn it all down.

Those early days after my first daughter was born, when we shifted from a family of 3 to a family of 4, those postpartum months were destroying me..

In the chaos, I found myself yearning for some structure—to carve out precious moments for myself somewhere between the diaper changes and late-night feedings.

I felt so guilty for wanting space for myself, but I know that I couldn’t keep going without it.

Exercise has been my anchor and my sanctuary for maintaining both my physical and mental well-being since 2011.

But with two kids to raise and a thriving business to run, finding time for myself felt impossible.

I was determined to figure it out, and now with 3 kids and almost 8 years of being a mom and successful entrepreneur – I believe I have.

So, I’m going to teach you in this week’s video how you can get your time back. Specifically, time for you to take care of yourself – even when you feel guilty about it.
