Hi I’m Kelsea
As a young adult living in Sarasota, Florida, I had no structure, direction, or intention. I wandered through life, never considering my future.
I desperately wanted attention, love, and partnership, but I didn’t know how to find it. I was really lonely. And so I numbed my emotions with drinking and partying.
On one particularly rough night, I got arrested for the 3rd time. I woke up in the medical unit. I looked in the mirror and for the first time took ownership for being where I was.
I decided I wanted to live. Really live.
So I started searching for a purpose instead of merely showing up. I was able to meet my soulmate, start a family and start using my lessons to help other people.
In time I realized that in order to make an impact in the world, I had to live with intention.
And so when I launched my business I set standards that aligned with who I wanted to be. I’m equally protective of my business and my family, and I don’t believe that in order to be successful in one area of life, you have to sacrifice the rest.

How long does the program last?
It is spread out over 7 months, the first month we have our virtual meet and greet and our in-person retreat, the next 6 months we are meeting virtually twice a month for continued coaching.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! To make this an easy YES for you we have a 6 month payment plan so you don’t have to pay for the full program all up front.
Is there a community aspect to the Female Founders Inner Circle?
Absolutely, we are directly connecting you with the other amazing business moms in the group inside our private chat that you have access to for support between the coaching calls.
When is the retreat?
The retreat dates will be determined by all the women in the group on the weekends that work for everyone sometime in the spring of 2024.
What is the cost for the female founders inner circle?
The total cost is $15,000 and includes the virtual meeting, the retreat and six months of coaching. A flexible payment plan is also available for $2,500/month for six months.
