Build a Business That Runs Without You

A 3-day live event for established mom founders who are ready to stop being the bottleneck and redesign the business so it can run, grow, and produce without their constant presence.

$97 ·  JULY 15–17, 2026 · LIVE ON ZOOM

You have the clients, the revenue, the team, and the results.

You’re grateful… AND you’re always on the clock.

Somewhere between building your dream and the reality of what it really takes to run it every day, the business stopped being the thing you thought would give you freedom…

And started being the thing that requires everything you have, and then some.

You are sitting at dinner and your mind is still in Slack.

You took a "vacation" for your kids' spring break, and answered 47 messages in the hotel room while your family was at the pool.

You keep telling yourself you will fix this when things slow down, and the business has not slowed down in three years.

And now you’re realizing you built a business that owns you, instead of you owning it.

And more revenue, another hire, a prettier project management system, none of it fixes that.

Build a Business That Runs Without You

is a 3-day live event designed to help you see exactly why your business still depends on you, what has to change in the infrastructure, and who you have to become to lead a business that no longer requires you at the center of everything.

You have not run out of drive. You have run out of capacity to give.

HERE IS WHAT I KNOW ABOUT FEMALE FOUNDERS AT YOUR STAGE AFTER 15 YEARS OF ADVISING;

You’ve been in business long enough to know she cannot keep operating this way.

You have a team, which means more people waiting on you.

You have revenue, which means you also have more clients expecting your attention.

You have a reputation for being responsive, and that reputation is costing you the life she said this was all for.

You are not the bottleneck because you are bad at delegating.

YOU JUST BUILT YOUR BUSINESS AROUND BEING AVAILABLE 24/7, AND NOTHING ABOUT THAT STRUCTURE HAS CHANGED.

Your team has roles. Your clients have expectations. Your inbox has rules.

But the operating system of the business is still you, and everyone in the company learned that, because you taught them that her brain was the final stop.

That is why the vacation did not work. That is why the new hire helped for about six weeks. That is why the SOPs are sitting in a folder no one uses.

A team without infrastructure creates more management, not less.

A hire without ownership transfer creates another person waiting on decisions.

A process that lives in a document no one trusts is not a process, it is evidence that the founder is still the real system.

The business is consuming you because it is still built around you being in it all the time and it’s starting to cost you your life…

You’re sitting at your kids' soccer game but not watching the game.

And the guilt of knowing you’re missing moments is just another thing you’re carrying.

You’re physically in your marriage.

You keep telling yourself the big work stretch is almost over, but your partner is getting your leftovers.

You’re trying to take care of your body but the first thing you cut when the week gets heavy is the workout, because there’s always more work to do.

You love what your business does. You’re also tired of what it requires.

In three days, you will see three things clearly and finally exhale.

First

Why the business still requires your constant presence, and where it is hiding inside what looks like normal business behavior.

Second

What has to change in the actual infrastructure, the people, the pricing, the processes, and why they have to work together instead of being fixed one at a time.

Third

Who you have to become to lead a business that no longer pulls you back into the center every time you try to step back, because the tactical work does not hold when the identity underneath it does not change.

DSC08850.jpg

This is where you see exactly where the dependency lives in your business, which part of the infrastructure is creating it, and what leadership pattern keeps pulling you back to the center, so that what you leave with is a specific read on where it lives in yours.

This is 60 focused minutes per day, live, with other established founders who have built successful businesses and are tired of being the operating system holding them together.

You are going to leave with the truth about why the pattern exists, and the clarity about what has to come first to have a business that runs without you.

DAY 1: Why Your Business Still Depends on You

Tuesday, July 15 @ 1pm ET

Most founders at your stage have tried the obvious things.

They hired. They delegated. They set boundaries. They installed the software. They made the schedule. And the business still routes everything through them, because the problem is the structure underneath.

On Day 1, we are going to name exactly where your business still requires your constant presence, and it will probably show up in places you have not thought to look.

You built the business this way because it worked. Your availability became the standard, and your responsiveness became the system, and the business grew because of it.

But the business is still organized around the old version of you who did that.

Day 1 leaves you with: a clear map of where founder dependency is hiding in your business, why more effort will not fix it and what to do instead.

This is for you if:

You have clients, revenue, and a team, and the business still needs you in too many places.

You have said at least one of these to yourself recently: "I cannot unplug." "My team is always waiting on me." "Everything still comes through me." "I started this for freedom."

You know this is not sustainable, but you are not sure where to start, and you are tired of trying to fix individual pieces while the whole structure stays the same.

You are looking for someone who can see the pattern, name what is actually wrong, and walk you through what has to change first.

This is not for you if:

You are still trying to get your first clients or you are in your first year of business.

You want to stay the operator and have no interest in stepping back from daily delivery.

You want a passive program with recordings you can watch on your own timeline with no accountability.

You are looking for quick fixes that do not require changing how the business is actually built.

What it looks like when the business actually changes.

Rachel left the country for over a week. While she was gone, the business kept collecting money and growing. She came back to $805,001 in gross income and $19,000 in profit doing six patient hours a week. She took maternity leave without checking in all day. She became a mother when she had believed the business could not survive it.

Gretchen went from 50 to 60 hours a week to 20 to 25 hours a week. She had her best financial year during her first year as a mom. Launches ran while she was on 8 weeks of maternity leave. Her family noticed she looked different and had her glow back. The business stopped being her identity.

Kathy matched her prior-year revenue while working half the hours during an unexpected season where her family needed her. She stopped working past when her husband came home. She sat on the couch with her kids one evening and they reacted like it was unfamiliar. She adopted her daughter with a business that was prepared for the change.

Sharise took 11 days off to go to Africa with her husband. She came back to a business that was fine. She built a multimillion-dollar company and created structure for her family time, her date nights, her workouts, and her prayer. She stopped making decisions from fear.

THE THROUGH LINE IN ALL OF IT: THE BUSINESS KEPT WORKING WHILE THESE WOMEN GOT THEIR LIVES BACK.

I know what you’re thinking…

DSC06440.jpg

"I DO NOT HAVE TIME TO FIX THIS."

That is exactly why it has to be fixed.

The business has trained you to believe there will be a better time later, and there will not be a better time if the structure stays the same. The same patterns creating the urgency are the patterns that keep stealing the time required to change it. Three days is 60 focused minutes per day. You have spent more time than that this week explaining things to your team that a process should have handled.

"NO ONE CAN DO IT LIKE ME."

That may be true today. But if the business can only deliver at your standard when you are personally involved, the standard is not protected. It is trapped. The work is building the structure that lets the standard exist outside of your constant presence. That is a different thing than lowering it.

"I ALREADY HAVE A TEAM."

A team is not the same as infrastructure. You can have payroll, contractors, and leadership roles and still be the operating system. The question is not whether you have people. The question is whether those people can own outcomes without your constant involvement. Day 2 is built entirely around this distinction.

"I HAVE TRIED COACHING BEFORE AND IT DID NOT WORK."

Generic advice does not solve a founder-dependent business. If the coaching did not look at your actual team, your actual pricing model, your actual delivery structure, and the actual leadership patterns keeping everything tied to you, it was not solving the right problem. This is not about another checklist. This is about the specific infrastructure keeping you at the center of your specific business.

"I AM AFRAID REVENUE WILL DROP IF I STEP BACK."

That fear makes sense. It is also the reason this has to be done strategically. You do not step back by disappearing. You step back by rebuilding the infrastructure so the business can hold more without needing more of you. That is the difference between stepping back and falling out.

"$97 IS NOT THE PROBLEM. I JUST DON'T KNOW IF THIS IS THE RIGHT TIME."

The business will keep asking for everything you are willing to give it. The right time is not a function of the calendar. It is a decision. And the decision gets harder the longer the pattern stays the same.
