I haven’t taken a paycheck from anyone since 2011. 

 

And let me tell you, that feels both like a huge privilege… and a bit surreal.

As I head into my 14th year of entrepreneurship, I am reflecting on what was my best year yet — not just because of the numbers, but because of the ripple effect  I’ve seen in the lives of the women I work with.

​

I realized the other day that I am sometimes too quick to move onto what’s next and often will I downplay my own achievements. 

​

I’ve always been focused on how I can get better, and helping clients build the businesses and lives they deserve. 

​

But when I stop to reflect on how far I’ve come, it’s impossible to ignore how much I’ve gained, and how much I still have to offer.

​

What really stood out this year were the reflections from my clients, the growth they experienced OUTSIDE the numbers. 

​

Time and time again, I hear how my work doesn’t just help grow their businesses, but also deepens their relationships, helps them create time for their health, and brings new perspective and joy to their lives..

​

And that’s something I feel immensely proud to be a part of.

​

When we recognize our own value, it has a ripple effect, not only in our businesses but in every area of our lives.

​

As I look ahead into this year, I’m more excited than ever to partner with women who are ready to create a thriving, profitable business — while spending meaningful, guilt-free time with the people who matter most.
